Family Psychotherapy
Families are complicated, but you don’t need me to tell you that. Untangling these complications can be quite a challenge because it’s difficult to recognize unhelpful relationship patterns when you are part of them. What a family therapist brings to the table is the ability to tap into a family’s experience while also remaining clinically objective. He gets to know what it’s like to be in the family but also has the perspective and experience to recognize solutions to restore tranquility. I work with adults and their parents, adult siblings, and blended families.
